Crispy Onion Stir-fry — Yakso

Retailers familiar with organic brand Yakso will know that its popular products are key ingredients in many Chinese and Indonesian dishes. Here, the brand brings you a simple, healthy stir-fry recipe — perfect for Veganuary — which calls for many of its best-selling range, is ready in 15 minutes and serves two portions.

Ingredients

  • Half pack of Yakso Brown Rice Noodles

  • 3 tbsp Yakso Coconut Oil

  • 200g Yakso Seitan

  • 400g sliced vegetables

  • 240ml Yakso Wok Sauce (Teriyaki)

  • A handful of bean sprouts

  • 3 tbsp Yakso Crispy Onions

Method

1. Prepare the noodles as per instructions on-pack.

2. Heat a wok with the coconut oil and fry the fresh Seitan until it turns golden brown.

3. Add the sliced vegetables and fry for three minutes.

4. Add the Teriyaki Wok Sauce and mix well.

5. Add the bean sprouts, followed by the noodles, and stir-fry briefly.

6. Finish the dish with coriander, spring onions and Yakso Crispy Onions sprinkled on top.
